A young lady I coach, put together this beautiful illustration.


A healthy mind is something we work on, in the coaching space. It brings awareness around balance our lives. Attention to this, helps us reduce our worry and anxiety spirals.


This young lady, has been so excited about the way this has helped her, that she developed a pretty, accessible, little reminder for herslf. She is so enthusiastic for me to share it with all of you.

Maybe it will bring a little balance to your lives, as you ask ourselves, which area do I need to give more attention too?
