We all need a good break on a regular basis.....
It creates a space in our lives for fun and laughter, for time with our loved ones, for opportunity for some adventures, seeing new places, meeting new people. Space for fresh air and some good runs, plenty of blue sky and sunshine! It builds our strength, capacity and resilience.
And what a difference it makes to our PERSPECTIVE!!
Somehow we view life differently when we return to our routine lives.
Suddenly we notice our habits that no longer serve us. We see those toxic relationships that needs addressing due to how you are feeling drained. We feel invigorated for change.
A new year is a great opportunity to take time to explore new opportunities and possibilities as the year is young and fresh, asking us to dream again and move forward towards those dreams and goals.
Thats all great, but we know how difficult it is to see those dreams through, to turn them into a reality!
Life and its demands get in the way and we loose interest in the planning of that next adventure, getting out on that next run, or eating the healthy foods we decided we wanted to.
Oh, my word that is the frustration!
